Jayne has trained 1000s of career practitioners in Case Management, Job Development, Career Development Theories, and Ethics in Career Development. Jayne is also an independent Career Transition Consultant providing outplacement services to organizations of all sizes.

Gillian Johnston, M.Ed., CCDP is one of the Co-Directors of the Career Development Practitioners Certification Board of Ontario. CDPCBO certifies Career Practitioners from all areas of the field for the province of Ontario. She is also the coordinator of the new Career Development Practitioner graduate certificate program at George Brown College (GBC). Previously Gillian coordinated and taught the Career and Work Counsellor Program at GBC and the Career Advising and Counselling B.Ed. program for the Higher Colleges of Technology in the United Arab Emirates. This year she celebrated 41 years in the field having started as an employment counsellor with then Canada Employment and Immigration.

Jonathan is an Accredited Family Mediator with the Ontario Association of Family Mediators (OAFM - www.oafm.on.ca/), and a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OCSWSSW - www.ocswssw.org). Jonathan is also a member in good standing of the Canadian Criminal Justice Association (www.ccja-acjp.ca), the Ontario Association of Social Workers (www.oasw.org), and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts - Ontario Branch (www.afccnet.org) Jonathan Paynter graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in 1997 and a Bachelor of Social Work (Summa Cum Laude) in 1999. He worked in the Child Welfare and Youth Justice systems for a few years with children and their families. He then returned to school to complete a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto. He worked in the Ontario College system for a few years as a counsellor and then transitioned into working in the Family Court system, completing custody and access assessments, parenting capacity assessments and Youth Court assessments, which he continues to do today. He has also worked in private practice for the past 12 years, providing counselling to adults, couples and children. He has specialties in the areas of anxiety treatment and anger management counselling. Jonathan has pursued many educational opportunities in addition to his university education, including certificates in Collaborative Family Law, Advanced Family Mediation, Family Arbitration, Relapse Prevention and Actuarial Assessment of Risk.

Richard Hamilton, MSW, RSW.  Richard is a registered social worker with over 25 years of experience as a private practitioner and as a psychotherapist for the Dept. of National Defence.  As a nationally recognized expert in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, he has trained psychotherapists as well as professionals from numerous other disciplines including doctors, dietitians, dentists and physiotherapists in strengthening client motivation and assisting clients to overcome mental health issues and personal life problems. Working with a large population of military personnel who are transitioning to civilian employment, Richard developed a specialized interest in helping clients manage vocational change. Richard has worked with numerous employment agencies and has conducted workshops and webinars for thousands of career practitioners across Canada.
