Why this course?

The Employment Ontario Employment Service (EOES) program requires that service providers achieve their contract targets under MTCU's Performance Measurement Framework (PMF). 

However, agencies can only meet their performance targets if their staff also achieve their performance targets... and staff can only achieve their targets if they are crystal clear on what those targets are, and what the consequences are if targets are not reached. When it comes to your agency's performance, the math is simple... you are the sum of your parts.
